Issue / QuestionHow and where can I check the current printer driver version?
Applicable ToZDesigner printer drivers, ZDesigner v. 5 Driver for Windows, ZDesigner v. 10 Driver for Windows, Zebra Setup Utilities for Windows
Resolution / Answer
Follow the procedure below to check the version of the printer driver currently installed.

Procedure:
 
  1. From Windows search, navigate to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > right-click the printer driver and select Printer Properties:

  1. For ZDesigner version 5 driver, click  About tab > e.g. Version 5.1.16.7398 should be shown as below:

  1. For ZDesigner version 10 driver, click  Driver Settings tab > Help and About > for example, Version 10.5.1.27605 should be shown as below:

  1. To check the version of Zebra Setup Utilities, launch Zebra Setup Utilities > click About > for example, v1.1.9.1290 should be shown as below:
