Updating the existing printer driver version from Version 8 to version 5 (Windows 10)
  1. Check the current printer driver version. See the article Checking the Current Printer Driver Version. 
  2. Navigate to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  3. Select the printer from the printer list > right-click.
  4. Select Printing preferences.

  1. Launching the Zebra Setup Utilities, confirm the USB connection to the printer with the computer.
  2. Select the printer from the Zebra Setup Utilities.
  3. Click Install New Printer.
  4. Select the printer USB port and click Next.

  1. Click Update existing printer driver(s).

  1. Once done, select the printer from the printer list.
  2. Click Printing Preferences > About.
  3. Check the driver version.
