To check the size of the EPC, TID and User Memory areas within the RFID tag you are using, please see the below:-
i. Please refer to the inlay/tag technical spec sheet to check the chip memory sizes and make sure the required amount of EPC memory is available.
ii. You can try to encode to the tag with another RFID device to see if that works.
iii. You could also go into the RFID menu within the printer's front panel LCD and choose READ RFID DATA - MEMORY BANK SIZES - READ.
This will show the memory sizes of each memory area.
