Navigate to Devices and printers, right-click the ZDesigner Driver, and select Printing Preferences.In the Printing Preferences window, open the Advanced Setup tab, and click Other.Navigate to the Backfeed section, and select the No backfeed button.
 Perform a Windows Test print to apply the new setting, or run the following ZPL string:
	Navigate to Devices and printers, right-click the ZDesigner Driver, and select Printing Preferences.In the Printing Preferences window, open the Tools tab, and click Other > Send command, and enter ~JSO^XA^JUS^XZ in the text field.Click Send and Apply.
The printer is now set to no backfeed.

Navigate to Devices and printers, right-click the ZDesigner Driver, and select Preferences.Select Print Options.Navigate to the Backfeed section, and select the No backfeed drop-down button.
