Install ActiveSync USB drivers.1. Install Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 or Windows MobileDevice Center 6.1
Connect device and/or cradle to host computer.
If you are running Widows Vista or Widows 7 Download Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 32-bit version | 64-bit version
If you are running Windows XP or earlier, download ActiveSync 4.5 (Worldwide English).
