Resolution / Answer

Verify the Printer LCD Menu Item 'WIRED PS CHECK' is set to 'Yes'. By default the Wireless option will be the default or primary device.

On the printer's Front Panel LCD go to:

WIRED PS CHECK?

Options:  YES or NO

Change the setting to Yes and save.

Note: This option is only displayed on front panel LCD if a ZebraNet Wireless Option is installed.

For further details see Primary vs. Secondary. Read More>>.

If your printer does not have the setting Wired PS Check in the LCD, look for the setting Active Print Server instead.  The options will be WirelessWired, or Unknown.  Xi4 and Z Series use the setting Active Print Server.
