A graphic must be converted and downloaded to the printer before it can be printed on a label. You can use the Zebra Setup Utilities to convert and download graphics stored on a Zebra printer to be recalled later and printed on a label. The functionality built into the Zebra Setup Utilities is similar to Zebra Designer. Procedure:
Open the Zebra Setup Utilities, select your printer that Driver V.5 supportableonly, and choose Download Fonts and Graphics:
From the Memory card slot drop-down list, choose the memory device on the printer where you want to store the font. The default is Flash memory.
The other options are DRAM, Memory Card, & Compact Flash.
To create a memory card configuration file, click the New icon:
Now, you can create a new file or choose an existing one from your local hard drive. In this example, we created a card called a graphic.
After clicking Save, you will be prompted to set the Card size. The card size should be large enough to store the file. You can also provide a description (optional).
Now, you can add the graphic. Select Pictures - Add, then browse to the file on your PC.

After clicking Open, you can download the graphic to the selected printer.
When finished, the graphic will be listed under Pictures:
The graphic file is saved in E:(Flash-User memory) of the printer.
NOTE If your printer has the driver v9.x installed, the Download Fonts and Graphics loads the V8's properties. Refer to:
