Overview

The Zebra Setup Utility can be used to send a file to the printer.


Procedure:
 

To send a file, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Zebra Setup Utility.
  2. Select your printer from the Installed Printer List.
  3. Click Open Printer Tools.

NOTE The option available on each screen may vary depending on the printer model and driver version.


For Zebra Driver v5:
 
  1. Select the Action Tab.
  2. Select Send File.
  3. Browse the file you want to send to the printer.
  4. Select the Send button.

For Zebra Driver v8:
 

  1. Go to the Driver Settings tab.
  2. Click Settings. 
  3. Locate the file.
  4. Click the Send button to send the file.
