ZT411 and ZT421: Resolving Media Out Error

Display or  Indicator Lights	Possible Causes	Recommended Solutions
	The media is not loaded or is loaded incorrectly.	Load media correctly. Refer to: Loading the Label Roll into ZT411 and ZT421 Printers article.
	Misaligned media sensor.	Check the position of the media sensor. Refer to: ZT411 & ZT421 - Adjusting the Media Sensor Position.
	The printer is set for non-continuous media, but continuous media is loaded (for more information on types of media, please refer to Identify Type of Media.)	1. Install the proper media type, or reset the printer for the current media type. 2. Calibrate the printer. Refer to: ZT411 & ZT421 Ribbon & Media Sensor Manual Calibration.
