| NOTE This solution does not apply if the printer produces an image only on some of the labels. This means if you manage to print, for example, one label correctly and then the printer produces empty stickers.

Possible Causes of Blank Labels:
- Printhead Debris/Stuck Label: Clean printhead and platen roller

- Ensure you are using the original Zebra media and ribbon.

Software Configuration Issues:
- Verify driver or software settings if self-test labels print correctly.
- Low Darkness/Burn Temperature:

Improper Printer Configuration
- Printer Driver Issues:
- Ribbon Inking on Wrong Side:
- Label Format Printing Off:
- Default the printer and allow the printer to recalibrate.
Direct Thermal Application
How It Works
- Thermal Transfer: Ribbon ink melts and transfers to the label surface.
- Direct Thermal: Heat-sensitive labels produce an image when heated.
